The ceremony will be led by Prema, who will guide you through a heart-opening experience with the use of her premium ceremonial cacao.As we sip on the warm elixir, we will be invited to take part in various heart-opening processes, moving meditations, and community yoga, all aimed at deepening our connection to ourselves and each other. And of course, there will be some fun sprinkled in along the way!

In addition to the Prema Cacao Ceremony, Song Circle, and Sound Healing, we are excited to present a special Jungle Roots Meditation with a live soundscape by Joshua Tree. The Jungle Roots Meditation will be a unique and immersive experience. As we close our eyes and focus on our breath, we will be transported deep into the jungle through the sounds of birds, monkeys, and other wildlife. The live soundscape will be created in real-time, adding an extra dimension to our meditation and allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the experience.

Your Guides;

Petra Mountfort, also known as Prema is your Cacao  Priestess for the afternoon; is a spiritual healer who embarked on her journey over 10 years where she first received her spiritual name, Prema Shakti, which translates to 'Divine Energy of Love'.
Travelling the world, starting with Sound Therapy in Spain, then diving deep into India's ancient yogic traditions, and further exploring ancient healing modalities in South America, including Ancestral Work, Women's Circles, and Group Workshops. Her quest for knowledge also took her to the Peruvian Amazon, where she lived with tribes for six months, studying Plant Medicine and connecting with herself and her voice. Having a profound passion for South American medicine music, which resonates with Pachamama (Mother Earth) and invokes deep gratitude, she is currently composing her own repertoire of medicine songs. These heart-opening songs incorporate a blend of Spanish, English, and Sanskrit, and she is eager to share them with others. Prema's passions are music, sound and ceremony, finding strength by sharing cacao, this beautiful powerful heart-opening ancient healing medicine, in ceremonies and transformational retreats & events across the globe.

Joshua Tree is a master of multiple instruments and an expert in the art of creating sonic alchemy. He skilfully blends together breath, skin, and wood instruments to produce mesmerising soundscapes that are rooted in the ancient codes of Australia and beyond.During his performance, Joshua will transport you to the jungle with his magical soundscapes, allowing you to connect deeply with the vibrations of your inner wisdom and transcend your mind and body to a higher plane

Tashka Urban weaves Spirit into Sound using her body as the vessel.  With a gift for initiating people to their Creative Calling, her experience spans 20yrs over many Cultures & contexts fuzing Science, Somatics, Meridians, Breath-work, Sound-therapy, Quantum-Visualisation & Tantra.  Born & bred in Central Australia Tashka Self-Produces her Medicine Music on the East Coast & liberates purpose-driver Creators through her transformative online platforms.
