Junior Toolkit Seminar

The Essential Toolkit for Junior Practitioners is a half-day event tailored specifically for paralegals, trainee solicitors, and newly qualified solicitors/CILEX practitioners seeking to develop their knowledge and practical expertise in personal injury and clinical negligence practice.

This year, we take you inside the courtroom. The programme focuses on the progression of a claim from a courtroom perspective. The afternoon will bring the litigation process to life through a series of mock interim applications, demonstrating how commonly encountered issues are dealt with by the courts in practice. Sessions will cover allocation and banding, relief from sanctions, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR), before culminating in a partial mock trial featuring cross-examination on fundamental dishonesty and liability.
