Step on board and receive your “boarding pass” to South Korea.
Junk invites you to a one-day-only culinary experience that reimagines the flavours of Korea through a bold, modern lens.
From the refined elegance of royal Seoul to the vibrant streets of Jeonju, the mountain soul of Gangwon, and the sunny sweetness of Jeju - this is no ordinary dinner. It’s a journey, one course at a time. Each course is paired with a beautifully designed story card that shares the cultural inspiration behind the dish, while the space comes alive with immersive Korean visual art installations that transport you deeper into the heart of the experience.
This four-course set menu brings together traditional ingredients, storytelling, and contemporary plating to celebrate the spirit of Korea — playful, communal, and deeply delicious.
