    In this 1 hour workshop, you will experience some of the most effective daily breathwork techniques you can do to calm the mind and nervous system.  Whether you are looking for ways to slow down and reconnect with the simplicity of your breath and release stress, or looking for ways to activate and energise instead of reaching for a coffee, this workshop is for you.
