Whether you’re feeling a little stagnant and wanting to shake things up a little, take a pause from the daily grind, or just wanting to challenge yourself and feel amazing in the company of some pretty incredible people - this is the event for you.
Over the course of one day, we’ll journey up to the incredible surrounds of Elevated Springs, Daylesford, and join Aisling Quigley and the unforgettable Mark “Tiger” Kluwer to explore meditation, movement, breathwork, and cold immersion techniques, as well as time to focus true connection over a shared meal.
Most importantly you’ll be given the opportunity to choose your own adventure taking what you need and leaving the rest with the space to guide your own journey and leave feeling empowered, strong, and with the clarity we so often long for to move back into life.

ABOUT MARK
Mark is a facilitator of personal transformation experiences. He travels the country sharing his passion with people for the life-changing power of connection - to themselves and others.
Passionate about health and wellbeing his whole life, Mark attended a Wim Hof retreat in 2016, which changed the trajectory of his life. He was fortunate enough to discover the power of ice baths and the breath which changed his life. Since then Mark has studied the benefits and hosted ice baths for thousands of people. Wim’s motto of Strength, Health and Happiness lit a fire in Mark, and now he is on a mission to do the same.
Since then, Mark has been dedicated to helping others experience the power they hold within them through facilitating transformational experiences for others. He continues to learn from world leaders in personal transformation.
ABOUT AIS
Ais is a meditation teacher, community founder, and recovering corporate crusader.
After a wakeup call; Ais finally had the realisation she had to put her health and wellbeing first. She decided that day to take control and start living a considered life.
In the work she does with both individuals and organisations, Ais shares tools, practices, and concepts through her events, courses, workshops, and retreats to help people find connection and community, and transform their lives and wellbeing in meaningful, tangible ways.
In an ideal world, we’d all live a happier, healthier, slower life. We’d prioritise ourselves over our careers, embrace growth over security, and make room for what matters most.
