JUST BREATHE is a simple, powerful invitation to reconnect with your body, your breath and your life force.

In this 90-minute experience, we’ll:

Move and breathe to music that wakes you up
Shake out stagnant energy and tension
Settle into calm, restorative breathing to leave feeling grounded and alive

When: Sunday 7th September 2:00pm - 3:30pm
Where: Kanuka Yoga, Hobsonville
Cost: $45 per person

What to Bring:
Yoga mats, bolsters & blankets will be provided. If it helps you feel more comfortable, you’re welcome to bring a chair, a cosy blanket, warm socks, an eye mask, or a water bottle - whatever you need to make yourself at ease.
