Event description

To celebrate Victorian Law Week 2025, WIRE x WAM x ArcJustice have come together to facilitate a panel discussion about the weaponization of the legal system against women and gender diverse people. The panel will consist of a Family Violence Lawyer, an Information Advocate and perspectives from women with Lived Experience who will discuss how women can navigate issues such as IVOs, false reporting, and misidentification in family violence.

The event will be held in person at the Bendigo Library, and online via zoom.

Let's promote gender equity within the Victorian Legal System! Bring your questions and learn about your rights and responsibilities.
