6:00 pm: Arrive early to meet and mingle with like-minded professionals, researchers, and advocates passionate about enhancing access to justice through innovative technology.
6:30 pm: Engage in a thought-provoking panel discussion featuring leading experts, who will share insights from the National Legal Assistance Partnership (NLAP) Review and the PULS survey, exploring how legal capabilities intersect with technology and access to justice.
7:30 pm: We will aim to wrap up the discussion and continue networking until 8:00 pm.

Panelists:
- Warren Mundy
Dr Warren Mundy was appointed to undertake an independent review of the National Legal Assistance Partnership (NLAP), with consideration for how future arrangements could better provide access to justice for all who need it. His Final Report presents his findings and makes recommendations that will inform the future funding arrangements of Legal Assistance Services, including Community Legal Centres.
- Hugh McDonald
Studying legal need and capability from every angle, Hugh has worked on several landmark access to justice and legal needs studies. Throughout his career, Hugh has worked closely with legal aid commissions, community legal centres, and state and federal governments, giving him a deep understanding of legal institutions and access to justice issues. Hugh joined Victoria Law Foundation in September 2019 as Principal Researcher, taking on the Research Director role in August 2024.
- Felicity Bell
Felicity is a Senior Lecturer and Deputy Director of the Centre for the Future of the Legal Profession at UNSW Law and Justice. She has studied lawyers and their work for over a decade, and is internationally recognised as an expert in legal professionalism and ethics; and the impact of technological change on legal practice and regulation.
- Noel Lim
Noel is the Founding CEO of Anika Legal, a not-for-profit legal service with a vision of a world where everyone can access justice. Anika Legal provides free legal support that has supported over 1000 people in Australia to maintain safe homes. All legal services are provided through Anika’s bespoke technology platform, which leverages untapped resources to improve access to justice. Noel was a finalist for the Victorian Young Australian of the Year (2023) and NFP Emerging Leader award (2023).
