Dear Parents of Children in Kindergarten, Year 1 and Year 2

Last year we ran our first K-2 Meet & Greet. Our reason last year was that due to the pandemic, many parents of children in Years K-2 had missed out on the opportunity to meet other parents in their natural environment (under the COLA at drop off and pick-up or at the 5.59pm OOSH pick-up dash). If we have had the opportunity to meet other parents, it had often been from behind masks.

So we ran a K-2 Meet and Greet and it was a fabulous afternoon. Parents got to mingle and have a chat while the small people ran wild outside in the playground. We had heaps of requests from parents to run another one this year - so we are! The P&C Exec team will come along and we had Mrs Brooks and a number of teachers join us as well.

It's an informal and fun event and we hope you can make it to the 2023 K-2 Meet and Greet. Ticket price includes a house beer/wine/soft drink and nibbles, and we'll make sure it's only kind of awkward... promise. So no naked karaoke and no quizzing you on what was in the latest newsletter. But there will be some giveaways just for fun!

Just a quick note, only adults need to purchase tickets, knowing how many children will be there helps us arrange suitable amounts of nibbles. All your children are welcome, not just the ones in K-2.

Families are welcome to kick on after, or get themselves dinner at the bowlo. Or not.
