K's for Sana Days 2024

SUNNY COAST WE ARE BACK FOR THE K'S FOR Sana Days CHARITY FUN RUN

Join us in a Charity fun run with a little bit of sprinkle on top. Thanks to our partners at Kenilworth Bakery we have some motivation to get you to the finish line.... Some delicious donuts. 

We will all leave together with the run being an out and back course up to 10km (you can decide how far you want to run up to 10km or do the full 10km).

Then join us for some post run treats thanks to Kenilworth Country Bakery and iced coffee from Allpress espresso! The guys from Thrive on earth will be there with ice baths to cool off and recover post run! 

Start time is at 6:00am so make sure you are there 15 minutes prior! All the proceeds from the event will go directly to the Sana Days charity. 

There will also be some prizes from our friends at LSKD to win by purchasing a ticket to the event.
