Join Kitchen 66 at Mother Road Market, on the patio, to meet the graduates of the Fall 2022 Launch Program! Each graduate will have a table featuring samples of their product that they have worked on over the past four months. Come support our graduates and enjoy learning more about Tulsa's newest food businesses! Come and go event, Thursday, December 8th from 5:30-7:30 PM.

The Fall 2022 Launch Program class includes:

  • Se Yon Kim | So Bahn 82: Korean & Japanese Cuisine - challenges the notion of fitting Korean cuisine to the American palate and instead focuses on educating and introducing Americans to Korean cuisine.
  • Jose Angel San Roman | Matea: A fine dining Venezuelan concept with a full rum bar and chocolate pairings.
  • Saundra Reed & Eugene Garner | Mr. G's Soul To Go Catering: Warm and loving southern hospitality and food.
  • Logann Little-Randall | Ambrosial Bites: A 100% vegan bakery that aims to make desserts less intimidating and more equitable to all people.
  • Cynthia Miller | Sweet Cyn Bakery: Desserts that are artistically and professionally crafted.
  • Erin Reed | Reed 'Em and Eat: Playful and delicious fusion concept infusing international cuisine and southern food.
  • Johnny Butler | Johnny Sundays: Serving Italian cuisine such as house-smoked pancetta and ricotta filled handmade ravioli with a red bell pepper sauce made from peppers imported directly from Italy.
  • Holly Biersack | Floured Hands: Pasta making school.
  • Randale Anderson | Hibachi in the Hood: Creating southern comfort food with influence from all around the world. 
  • Lynn Michaels | Lynn's Gelato: Small batch gelato using local ingredients and interesting flavors, such as chai spiced candied ginger gelato. 

Kitchen 66, a program of the Lobeck Taylor Family Foundation, is Tulsa’s kickstart kitchen, and aims to decrease barriers to success for food entrepreneurs in Tulsa. Kitchen 66 offers access to affordable commercial kitchen space, business training programs like the Launch Program, and sales and distribution opportunities through platforms like the Takeover Cafe, Kitchen 66 Landmark Food Truck and Kitchen 66 General Store at Mother Road Market. Since 2016, Kitchen 66 has served more than 200 food entrepreneurs, including immigrants from 18 countries. In 2021, Kitchen 66, in collaboration with community leader Elian Hurtado and UMA, launched Cocina 66, a version of the Launch Program, to provide education and training to spanish-speaking food entrepreneurs.
