Join Kitchen 66 at Mother Road Market, on the patio, to meet the graduates of the 2023 Launch Program! Each graduate will have a table featuring samples of their product that they have worked on over the past four months. Come support our graduates and enjoy learning more about Tulsa's newest food businesses! Come and go event, Monday, September 25th from 5:30-7:30 PM.

The 2023 Launch Program class includes:

  • Youness Jaafar | Chef Youness Cafe & Catering - healthy, local, nutritious artisan fare
  • Brie Caywood | 1907 Eatery: “Mommy and Me” lunch / brunch packages + baked good
  • Jasma Wallace | PrettyGirlzSip: health smoothies and rice bowls
  • Gregory Dupriest | 4F Cafe: food truck offering home cooked gourmet sandwiches
  • Khalil Berryhill | The KB Bakery: baked goods that’ll remind you of home with gluten free options
  • Anthony Evans | Ant Donuts: fresh seasonal donuts in the food desert of North Tulsa
  • Shirley Anderson | Aunt Shirley's Cast Iron Skillet: elevated soul food
  • Linda DeVore | UnderDog Kitchen: preset catering menus for events and pop-ups
  • Makia Adamson & Amia Bowman | The Get Down: remix of soul food and creole rooted entrees 

    Kitchen 66, a program of the Lobeck Taylor Family Foundation, is Tulsa’s kickstart kitchen, and aims to decrease barriers to success for food entrepreneurs in Tulsa. Kitchen 66 offers access to affordable commercial kitchen space, business training programs like the Launch Program, and sales and distribution opportunities through platforms like the Takeover Cafe, Kitchen 66 Landmark Food Truck and Kitchen 66 General Store at Mother Road Market. Since 2016, Kitchen 66 has served more than 200 food entrepreneurs, including immigrants from 18 countries. In 2021, Kitchen 66, in collaboration with community leader Elian Hurtado and UMA, launched Cocina 66, a version of the Launch Program, to provide education and training to spanish-speaking food entrepreneurs.
