Ka’alele’au (aka flying) is the movement at the foundation of Kahuna Bodywork & a powerful practice for self discovery. Developed by native born Hawaiian Kahuna Kahu Abraham Kawai’i, from ancient hula & martial arts, Ka’alele’au uses repetitive flowing figure eight style movements to teach the sacred principles of the Kahuna, principles that ensure a robust, steady & wholesome interaction with life.
Utilising dance-like movements baring similarities to Qi Gong, this moving meditative practice is suitable to all ages & abilities.
