This is our 5th pre-loved fashion market with all proceeds going to the AH&F Show Society of Kadina

Public entry is via a gold coin, with door prizes and music to help create a fabulous shopping atmosphere.

Food, coffee, and bar will be available to add to the vibe.

Tickets

Select your category in the ticket menu.

Stallholder: pre-loved fashion, accessories, or handmade goods.
Options include inside or outside sites, table hire and optional power.

Food Vendor: food trucks, vans and coffee.
Limited power available for food vans, by prior arrangement.

What you can sell

• Women’s, men’s, kids', baby clothing, shoes, bags, hats, belts and accessories

• Handmade and vintage goods from makers and curators

• No damaged items (rip, tear, stain, worn out), and no counterfeit items

• No used cosmetics, swimwear, underwear, or lingerie

Quality and presentation

• All items must be clean, in good condition and ready to wear or use

• Tidy displays are helpful, and pricing items clearly makes it easy for shoppers

• Mirrors and simple signage help your stall stand out

• Take all unsold items and packaging home with you

What to bring

• Stalls set their pricing, have insurance, and handle their own customer payments

• Clothing racks, hangers, tables and a float

• EFTPOS, if you have it available, plus change for cash sales

• Reusable/recycled bags for customers, if you want to provide them

Food and coffee vendors

• Current public liability insurance and council approvals required

• Comply with food safety and hygiene requirements

• Limited power available for food vans. Tested and tagged leads required.

On the day

• Bump in and bump out details will be sent via email closer to event

• No vehicle access in the market area during public trading hours

• Event will proceed in most weather. Organisers may alter, postpone or cancel for safety, if required.
