Event description

On the occasion of the exhibition of select modern German prints from the David and Sarojini Johnson Collection, this talk addresses early 20th century German expressionist prints and their collectability in the United States since the 1930s.

Keith Holz is professor of art history at Western Illinois University, Macomb. He has published extensively on modern German art and its publics with special regard for the exiled artists who fled Nazi Germany for the Western democracies.
