Niki from SOULSHINEWITHNIKI will gently support your journey with Sound to tap into your Theta brain state, allowing the parasympathetic nervous system to rest and repair. 

Together we blend these modalities to really dive deep on your inner healing journey. 

Afterwards,  we invite you to join us for tea and connection and grounding. We support you to connect with the group or one on one with a facilitator about your journey.
