Kaiela Arts Editions 2025 Launch - Shepparton

Acclaimed First Nations artist Maree Clarke (Mutti Mutti, Yorta Yorta, BoonWurrung, and Wemba Wemba) has collaborated with Stewart Russell and Danica Miller from Spacecraft to create a very special limited edition of 5O silkscreen prints launching this November.

Over the past 6 months Maree has spent significant time on Yorta Yorta Country, connecting with Kaiela Arts and the local community and sharing historical and cultural knowledge. From these conversations, Maree has created an edition of 4O hand-printed works on archival paper and 10 prints on A70 glass. Ochres and charcoal collected from trips to Barmah and Cummeragunja have been used to create the inks used in the printing.
