Kaisa Performance – School Holiday Rugby League Program
A high energy one day rugby league development session for young athletes looking to improve their speed, skills and game awareness.
Players will take part in speed & agility training, game situation drills, cognitive games and fun competitive conditioning activities, all led by experienced coaches.
Includes a Kaisa Performance training shirt, sausage sizzle and drinks.
