I am a Sound Practitioner, Mindfulness Maven, Author, Artisan,

Choreographer, Master Teacher, Presenter & Motivational Speaker

In my first life I was a performing artist—dancing, singing and acting on Broadway, stage, TV and film. Then I traveled the world as a master teacher and choreographer. For 20 years, I have worked as a choreographer/director with The Young People's Chorus of NYC, creating for upwards of 450-600 young singers ages 8-18. Along the way I even had a business or two and returned to writing.

Throughout my Journey, I had always found myself in a loop—yo-yo’ing between ok, depression, frustration, fear, worry, trauma, and drama. Notice that the word ‘happy’ was not listed in the cycle?

In 2014 once again, things came to a head. In my desire to break the cycle, realize answers, clarity and Inner Peace, I began to explore the worlds of sound healing, mindfulness and meditation. This path led to deep healing and the understanding that Life is a Journey, not a destination. From these discoveries, I was Inspired to found my business Jacquie Bird, Spiritual Wellness creating products and services to guide others in reducing stress, anxiety, depression and anger.

My endeavor is to increase Mindfulness, Awareness and Personal Growth. In essence, to encourage others to realize their most Joyful Expression of Life.
