A Day of the Arts & Mental Health Conversations 

Join us for a day filled with creativity, conversation, and connection. This Youth Week, we’re bringing you a special opportunity to explore mental health through the lens of art. 

We'll have an engaging conversation about mental health, discussing important outlets for managing emotions and stress. Lunch provided.

Afterwards, get ready to unleash your creativity in a painting session! Whether you're a seasoned artist or a beginner, this is your chance to express yourself and explore art as a positive outlet.

Eligibility:
This event is open to First Nations teenagers between the ages of 12 to 18 years old who live on the Gold Coast.

What to Bring:

• Comfortable clothes you don't mind getting paint on

• Hat

• Refillable water bottle

• An open mind and a willingness to learn and create

Step-by-Steps:

1. MUST fill out the LEAD FORWARD consent form
