Kangatraining Outdoor Class: Cheltenham
Event description
KangaTrail is for mums and bubs that love walking, talking and exercising all at the same time! This class takes you on the track around Karkarook park with short exercise intervals that concentrate on your thighs, buttock, abdominals and your pelvic floor.
It’s an effective way to increase your cardiovascular endurance while working on those ‘beloved’ areas of your body.
Mums without a baby can also participant in KangaTrail as it’s still an ideal workout to get results.
The path that we use for this class is suitable for both prams and baby wearing so you get to choose what suits you best!
KangaTrail is definitely more than just a walk with your baby.
Following class we like to head down to Europa together to grab a coffee.

Baby carriers are available for use if needed - just let me know before the class so I know to bring one. These are cleaned at high temperature in between uses.
**New mums will need to complete a health questionnaire prior to attending class. I will email this to you directly.
**Please note that to participate you must be 6 weeks post partum or 12 weeks if you had a c-section.
