KangaTrail is for mums and bubs that love walking, talking and exercising all at the same time! This class takes you on various tracks around your area with short exercise intervals that concentrate on your thighs, buttock, abdominals and your pelvic floor.

It’s an effective way to increase your cardiovascular endurance while working on those ‘beloved’ areas of your body.

Mums without a baby can also participant in KangaTrail as it’s still an ideal workout to get results and for those mums who attend KangaBurn, this class will also assist as a recovery session to help stretch out those tight muscles.

KangaTrail is definitely more than just a walk with your baby.

We meet outside the Skydive Melbourne venue at the Marina (near the BP) and the class take place throughout the reserve. There is free parking available up the side streets.

Baby carriers are available for use if needed - just let me know before the class. These are cleaned at high temperature in between uses.
