Kangatraining is the ultimate babywearing workout. We are an award winning post-partum safe program designed by midwives, physiotherapists and babywearing experts.

Designed to support mothers mentally and physically, our participants walk away feeling calm, centered and connected.

Our fitness component involves dancing to upbeat songs, strength exercises, barre and more!

This term we will be going deeper by holding a mums club afterwards to help you connect with yourself, baby and community.
