KANIKA | A Somatic Journey Into the Body

Some experiences can't be understood through thinking.

They have to be felt.

On the Day Out of Time in the Mayan Calendar, a symbolic day that represents the space between endings and beginnings.

We invite you into an afternoon of deep listening, nervous system restoration, and embodied awareness.

Guided by senior Kanika™ practitioners Trina Mathieson and Eirinn Kelly, this immersive workshop explores the wisdom held within the body through the Sacral Somatic Release Process.

Jsing a blend of guided visualisation, breath regulation, journalling, gentle sacral tapping, and somatic practices, you'll be supported to explore the subconscious layers that can influence how we move through life.

Rather than simply "letting go," Kanika™ is designed to help the nervous system gently unwind long-held protective patterns, creating greater capacity for presence, safety, and connection.

This workshop may support you to:

+ Feel more grounded and present in your body + Release long-held tension and protective patterns

Cultivate nervous system regulation + Deepen your connection with yourself + Explore unconscious beliefs and emotional patterns
Create space for clarity and integration

This experience may resonate with you if you've been doing the inner work but still feel like something beneath the surface is asking for your attention.

No previous somatic or spiritual experience is needed, only a willingness to become curious about what your body might be ready to share.

Trina and Eirinn bring years of experience in healing, embodiment, and nervous system-informed facilitation, creating a space that is grounded, respectful, and deeply supportive.

This is not about fixing yourself.

It's about creating the conditions for your body to remember what it already knows
