Becca Smith is a love warrior creating new movement pathways through guidance, weaving together spirit and embodiment to help others connect with their bodies and embrace their fullest, truest selves. Trauma-informed, She is trained in Embodied processing, Somatic Dance and response-ability pathways , Karuna Reiki and Adventure based learning Becca comes with over 10 years of group facilitation so she knows how important it is to be held in a safe and fun space
