A journey through the senses

Yin yoga
Soothing breath-work
Sound Bath

We will be finding stillness in Yin yoga shapes, which open the body's energetic channels and allow fresh qi or energy to move through the body with ease.

An intuitive energetic meditation will start the event and during the experience you will be introduced to gentle breathing techniques to deepen your body awareness and enjoy the healing vibrations of crystal sound bowls and other instruments to support healing and relaxation.

Allow yourself a morning of self-care and deep relaxation for the mind, body and soul.

You will need:

Water
Comfy, loose clothes (No yoga attire necessary)

I will offer:

All props, yoga mats, bolsters
Warm Tea and a light snack
Hands on adjustments (With consent)
A safe space to drop in and relax with intention.

If you are struggling financially and would love to come, please reach out.

Looking forward to seeing you there,

Selina x
