Kaos Martial Arts School Holiday Workshop

Kaos Martial Arts is hosting a 3 day school holiday workshop that will allow children to learn the fundamentals of Muay Thai and Karate. This workshop will cater to all experience levels - whether your child has been training for 3 weeks or 3 years or never before this is a wonderful opportunity for them to learn something new, meet new people and build their self confidence.
Each day will consist of a variety of martial arts drills that will build your child’s confidence to defend themselves, learn how their body works and how to work with other people.
In addition, the workshop will encompass various mindset based practises that will ensure your child walks away knowing they are resilient and can face adversity with courage and confidence.
A light breakfast and lunch will be provided at 8.30 and lunch at 11-11.30.
Parents are free to drop their children off and pick the up at the conclusion of each day.

The investment for the workshop is $100 per child
