What is Life Force (Kundalini) Activation?

Life Force Activation, also known as (Kundalini) is a transformative energy modality that harnesses universal life force energy that resides in every being, revealing our true essence and allowing personal growth, healing, and spiritual awakening. Through energy work based on sacred ancient energy used in a contemporary way, Life Force Activation aims to activate and balance the body's energy centres, promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, as well as expansion of consciousness and self-realisation.

What happens during the session?

In the session, you lie down on a yoga mat. The journey of this session differed from others. Partnering with a sound engineer and music producer, Ben FreQ, will give you an enhanced experience of diving deeper into energy. Ben will be performing music while Parmiss transmit the energy.

As you surrender and release, the facilitator will gently guide energy transmission by intuitively connecting with various points on your body and harmonising with your energy field.

Preparation for before your session

Avoiding alcohol or drugs at least 24 hours before the session is
Wear comfortable clothes
Eating light (choose fruits or veggies) in the morning or 3 hours before the session.
Drink plenty of water.
