    KAP (Kundalini Activation Process) is a transmission of life force energy and non-dual consciousness. This practice leads to a profound rediscovery of your essence, pointing you back to source/oneness. It allows universal energy to flow, opening chakras and breaking through limiting blocks, resulting in a heightened state of awareness—a mystical experience beyond words.

    Throughout this journey, you will harness the power of your creative life force energy alongside exploring non-dual states of consciousness. Through relaxation and embracing receptivity, your innate life force will flow within, dissolving any barriers hindering your elevation to a heightened state of awareness.

    In a session, you lie down on a yoga mat. Some music is played. As you surrender and release, the facilitator will gently guide the transmission of energy by intuitively connecting with various points on your body and harmonising with your energy field.

      Preparation for before your session

      • Avoiding alcohol or drugs at least 24 hours before the session is
      • Wear comfortable clothes
      • Eating light (choose fruits or veggies) in the morning or 3 hours before the session.
      • Drink plenty of water.

      Who SHOULD NOT attend a KAP session?

      This practice is not suitable for people with the conditions below:

      • People who are experiencing severe mental health illnesses such as Schizophrenia, psychosis, delusional and bipolar.
      • People diagnosed with epilepsy.
      • Pregnant women in their third trimester
