In a session, you lie down on a yoga mat. Some music is played. The facilitator touches or presses your body's chakra or meridian points. That’s it. That’s all that happens on the outside. What happens on the inside is a totally different story…

Awakening of Consciousness: KAP serves as a catalyst for the awakening of Kundalini energy, which is believed to reside at the base of the spine. This awakening can lead to heightened states of awareness, expanded consciousness, and a deeper understanding of oneself and the universe.
Energy Balancing: Through KAP, you can experience a harmonisation and balancing of your energy centres, known as chakras. This balanced energy flow promotes physical, emotional, and mental well-being, fostering a sense of inner peace and equilibrium.

Preparation for before your session :

Avoiding alcohol or drugs at least 24 hours before the session is
Wear comfortable clothes
Eating light (choose fruits or veggies) in the morning or 3 hours before the session.
Drink plenty of water.

Who SHOULD NOT attend a KAP session?

This practice is not suitable for people with the conditions below:

People who are experiencing serious mental health illnesses such as Schizophrenia, psychosis, delusional and bipolar.
People diagnosed with epilepsy.
Pregnant women in their third trimester
