Preparation for before your session :

Avoiding alcohol or drugs at least 24 hours before the session is
Wear comfortable clothes
Eating light (choose fruits or veggies) in the morning or 3 hours before the session.
Drink plenty of water.

Who SHOULD NOT attend a KAP session?

This practice is not suitable for people with the conditions below:

People who are experiencing severe mental health illnesses such as Schizophrenia, psychosis, delusional and bipolar.
People diagnosed with epilepsy.
Pregnant women in their third trimester
