What is KAP?

KAP also known as Kundalini Activation or Life force Activaiton, is a transformative energy modality that harnesses universal life force energy to facilitate coming back to your true self, allowing personal growth, healing of body/spirit/mind, and spiritual awakening.

Through energy work based on sacred ancient energy used in a modernized way, KAP aims to activate and balance the body’s energy centres, promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, as well as expansion of consciousness and self-realisation.

It clears stagnant energy, releases suppressed emotions, and rewires the nervous system, creating space to reprogram limiting beliefs and embrace transformation.

During the KAP Session

You lie down on a yoga mat. Some music is played. The facilitator touches or presses some of your body's chakra or meridian points. That’s it. That's all happens on the outside ...

Preparation for before your session

Avoiding alcohol or drugs at least 24 hours before the session is
Wear comfortable clothes
Eating light (choose fruits or veggies) in the morning or 3 hours before the session.
Drink plenty of water.
Join with zero expectations for maximum benefits

Who SHOULD NOT attend the KAP (Life Force Activation) session?

This practice is not suitable for people with the conditions below:

People who are experiencing serious mental health illnesses such as Schizophrenia, psychosis, delusional and bipolar.
People diagnosed with epilepsy.
Pregnant women in their third trimester

Meet Parmiss

Founder of Ahleph and MindPack, as well as the creator of the renowned Power of Detachment Framework Masterclass.

Parmiss is a Level 2 KAP facilitator and Non-Dual Transmission vehicle, known for her deep connection to energy work and holistic healing. A certified QHHT practitioner and shadow work coach, she brings a multifaceted approach to guiding individuals on their transformational journeys.

Over the past three years, Parmiss has facilitated hundreds of classes, retreats, and workshops across Australia, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Her sessions are immersive, blending energy activation, subconscious exploration, and inner shadow integration to help clients break through limitations and align with their highest potential. Passionate about fostering self-awareness and healing, Parmiss creates safe and transformative spaces for individuals to rewrite their stories and step into a life of purpose and flow.

Meet Sami

Sami is a dedicated KAP Level 1 facilitator with over a decade of experience in energy healing and personal transformation. Her journey into the healing arts began with Master Reiki, where she honed her ability to channel energy for physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Over the years, she deepened her expertise by attaining Psych K Master, blending subconscious reprogramming with her intuitive approach. She is also a QHHT practitioner.

Sami's facilitation style is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and a deep understanding of the human energy system. Her sessions create a safe, transformative space for clients to reconnect with their inner power and expand their consciousness. Through KAP, she guides participants on a journey of activation, healing, and self-discovery, helping them to rewrite their stories and embrace a life of flow and alignment.
