    Unveil the Depths of KAP Energy: Join Parmiss for a transformative 90-minute KAP session as she takes you on an immersive journey into the Kundalini Activation Process. Discover new dimensions of self-exploration and connection.

    What is KAP?

    KAP (Kundalini Activation Process) is a life force energy transmission that helps awaken the Kundalini energy. KAP expands the conscious mind, strengthens intuition, and rewires brain structures. It’s a mental and physical release, such as emotional blockage. By expanding your capacity to feel more, you’ll be able to experience higher highs and meet tougher feelings. Releasing your emotional blockage and connecting to your higher self are just a few benefits of the KAP, known as the Kundalini Activation Process.

    What happens during the session?

    In the KAP session, you lie down on a yoga mat. Some music is played. As you surrender and release, the facilitator will gently guide energy transmission by intuitively connecting with various points on your body and harmonising with your energy field.

    Clients typically report having:

    • Deep insights or realizations,
    • Strengthened intuition,
    • Shifts in their perception of reality.
    • Feeling relaxed, blissful or energised

      Preparation for before your session 

      • Avoiding alcohol or drugs at least 24 hours before the session is
      • Wear comfortable clothes
      • Eating light (choose fruits or veggies) in the morning or 3 hours before the session.
      • Drink plenty of water.


      Who SHOULD NOT attend a KAP session?

      This practice is not suitable for people with the conditions below:

      • People who are experiencing serious mental health illnesses such as Schizophrenia, psychosis, delusional and bipolar.
      • People diagnosed with epilepsy.
      • Pregnant women in their third trimester
