KAP is a powerful process that can serve as a tool for reaching a state of equanimity through the alignment of our very own energetic body system when influenced by the raw energy of life.

Despite pre-conceived paradigms around energetic soul practices, the world is embracing spirituality more and more, and far from being woo-woo-voodoo talk, spirituality became a normal topic within our social circles. The modern mystics are the scientist bringing communion between spiritual practices and the tangible effect on our body and the globe.

Is it safe?

This is an intelligent energy and a safe, natural process that does just what your system needs at any given moment. This is a transmission process, not a self-generated process. It is a path of surrender (not a path of the will) that creates possibilities for healing, higher states of consciousness, and a deeper connection to source.

KAP is a strong process that tends to peel off our "layers". By layers I mean unprocessed emotions which for some might be difficult to confront. This is a wonderful effect that requires gentleness with oneself and time for integration. KAP expands our range of emotions at a faster pace than other technique.

During the KAP experience you will need the following:

Wear comfortable clothing
Bottle water
Yoga mat
***Try not to eat at least 2 hours before class

This class is limited to 10 participants. Eugenia will check your temperature upon arrival. You will be asked to wear your mask during the KAP session unless all participants agree on removing the mask.
