We take pride in our offering of GOOD food, GOOD music, and GREAT company for food enthusiasts – the ultimate Food Festival with something for everyone backed with a great vibe and professional entertainment to enjoy all day long!

On the menu for 2025 ……. up to 250 vendor sites including an off licence Liquor Zone, a licenced Tuatara Bar & Thames Pacific Main Stage, ANZ Kāpiti Kitchen Demo Stage, Kāpiti Ice Cream Dining Room, FREE Kid’s Zone, ZEAL Zone buskers, roving street performers and much more!

NOTE: Humanitix booking fees will be added to the cost of your ticket and paid at check-out.  Booking fees cover Humanitix costs, and everything else goes to their education projects that help to change lives.  Kāpiti Food Fair supports Manaiakalani Education Trust for Māori, Pasifika, and disadvantaged learners in Aotearoa to increase student outcomes and get equal access to digital education.

TOP TIPS for a FANTASTIC DAY at the Kāpiti Food Fair

1. Bring a gold coin for parking donations.

2. Pack a hat and sunscreen – complimentary SPF is available if you need it.

3. Bring a picnic blanket to relax, enjoy the ambiance, and savor your treats with plenty of seating and a NEW shaded picnic spot under the trees.

Kāpiti Food Fair is a recipient of the Kāpiti Major Events Fund and is supported by numerous local businesses in-kind and reduced cost of services.  The Fair is a commercial event however we have a social agenda too.  We choose to support Kāpiti Community Patrol, Kāpiti Rotary Charitable Trust, No 49 Squadron Air Cadets, Paekākāriki Surf Lifesavers, Paraparaumu College, and Work Ready Kāpiti to help run key logistics on the day.
