Karijini Eco Retreat Dining Experience

This dining experience is a shared 10 course degustation focused on fresh and sustainably foraged native ingredients.

Each course is crafted by Melissa Palinkas in collaboration with the Banjima people to create a unique dining experience in Karijini National Park.

Take in the sunset and the spectacular views from Joffre Gorge Lookout then meander back to the resort’s main dining area while enjoying canapes, wine and an insight to Banjima culture from one of the Elders.

Ticket includes a shared 10 course degustation by Melissa Palinkas, wine and beer.
