Discover the richness of Bundjalung culture and our collaboration with May and Richard from Conscious Ground, a regenerative organic farm. Be part of our mission to nurture the earth, awaken the spirit, and cultivate communities deeply connected to the land, guided by the wisdom of ancient food traditions.

    Join us for an unforgettable fine dining experience led by the esteemed Mindy Woods, a proud Bundjalung woman and the first Aboriginal woman to earn an AGFG Chef's Hat.

    Karkalla on Country presents a three-hour all-inclusive experience filled with culture, connection, and extraordinary food, located just a 15-minute drive from Byron Bay.

    - Knowledge sharing w Bundjalung elder

    - A guided walk through our native food forest 

    - Interaction w native animals species w wildlife expert Soph (The Wild Life Twins)

    - A native-inspired set menu paired with beverage options
