In what seems to be 2020 style – there has been a change of plans!
Burleigh Bowls Club has warned they will be closing the green on Sunday due to wet weather.
So...... We have an alternative!
Okay so here's the deal. We didn't want to cancel but also most places are booked out or won't accept large numbers. True Karma style - where there is a will there is a way!
Plan of attack: Meet at Timezone (Coolangatta) and either go bowling, smash some games or shoot some hoops! A warning: Candice is pretty good at this and is keen on a competition! There is a bar and pool table at the location too!
Afterwards: Head to Bo'teku, a new bar recently opened or the pub for a few cold ones. We will shout a couple drinks!
The $10 fee you paid was going to Onja as our chosen charity so we are still doing that for those who agree if you prefer a refund let us know here. This means you will need to grab your game fee – the reason for the event is to do something different and to simply hang out together outside of the hub!
