Karryon's first Open Mindset event will delve deep into the topic of mental wellbeing in the travel industry. Once an avoided topic or one relegated to hushed corners, it is now a critical conversation for a balanced, productive work environment and sustainable, happy workforce.

Sharing its latest insights, Beyond Blue will demystify the complexities of mental wellbeing, providing you with a toolkit to foster a healthier and more resilient workspace.

Karryon founder Matt Leedham will then moderate a panel of esteemed industry leaders Penny Spencer, Tania Myles, and Pete Rawley, who will share their insights, personal encounters, and the tactics they've woven into their businesses and life journeys to prioritise mental health and wellbeing.
