Kath and Greg's Narara Blitz

This blitz is a free event for Permaculture Central Coast members.If you are not a member and wish to join follow the link. It will cost $20 a single and $30 a family and provide you with lots of memberhsip benefits.

The event will be held on the 19th of October in Narara on small acreage. We will be concentrating mainly on the front garden area of the property and creating a parking area, a dry creek bed and a pond. There will be some weeding, mulching and planting going on and a banana circle to be created out the back.

Participants may like to bring sunscreen, bug spray and other personal items. Hats and closed in shoes and water bottles are strongly recommended. Plenty of fresh water on-site to top up during the day.

Tools needed:

Mulch forks

Large garden forks

Wheelbarrows

Spades

Mattocks

Crow bars

Secateurs

Make sure that you label all your tools with your name so that they all go back home with you.

Location and Parking: will be advised the week prior to the blitz but basically there is parking along the road on both sides of the street.

Where possible please car-pool.

The meal provided will be gluten free and vegetarian. Please advise of any other special dietary requirements as soon as possible.
