Our Community Personal Safety Workshop is a fun and interactive session designed to help you feel more confident and prepared in everyday situations. Participants will learn practical strategies and simple techniques that can help improve personal safety, awareness and decision-making in a variety of environments.

The workshop includes hands-on activities and demonstrations, allowing you to practise skills in a supportive and relaxed setting. Activities are designed to suit people of all fitness and mobility levels, with a focus on practical actions that anyone can use.

Light dinner and check in from 5:00pm, workshop starts at 5:30pm.

Note: As there are limited spaces for this session, please consider if you are able to attend before registering for a ticket so that we are able to run a full session on the day and nobody misses out! Thank you for your consideration.
