We'll also review all the drills tested at the SFG I cert, including the swing, the get-up, and the snatch, to ensure you're ready for future certs you my undertake.
Advanced programming strategies are included and explained too!
- Plug & play PlanStrong™ templates
- 2.0 GPR program for muscle development
- Comprehensive SFG Ready program
Who's it for?
If you've covered the basics of kettlebells, it's time to step up your game!
301 will offer a more challenging set of skills to learn, in a supportive and educational setting, with experienced experts right at hand.
Take the skills you've learned and train at home, at the gym or work towards training others by following through with StrongFirst SFG1 certification.
The skills taught at 301 will require some experience with hardstyle kettlebells.
To attend this workshop, you need to be competent in swings, get-ups, goblet squats, snatches, cleans, and presses to get the most out of our time together.
If you need to brush up on or learn these skills, please contact Valkyrie Gym to organise sessions with a qualified StrongFirst coach online or in person.
You'll be sent home with a KB301 Booklet to keep you fresh on all the info we covered on the day!
