Description
KEEPING YOUR EDGE: A Dinner for Professional Women Navigating (Peri)menopause
You may still be figuring out your health.
But tomorrow morning, you still want to perform at your best.
You've spent years building your career.
Then something changes.
Meetings take more preparation.
Your confidence feels less predictable.
The word disappears just when you need it.
You replay conversations on the drive home.
You start wondering…
"What is happening to me?"
If this feels familiar, you're not alone.
Join a small group of professional women for an intimate dinner exploring the workplace realities of (peri)menopause.
This isn't a health seminar. It's a practical conversation about continuing to perform when the rules have quietly changed.
This is part one of the Keeping Your Edge Dinner Series, an ongoing series of intimate dinners exploring the workplace realities of (peri)menopause, one conversation at a time. Future dinners will explore new topics, each designed to stand alone while building practical strategies for navigating this stage of your career.
Around the table we'll explore
Why work can suddenly feel different during (peri)menopause.
What's actually happening in the workplace moments nobody prepared us for.
Practical strategies that can help when confidence, focus or recall wobble.
What other accomplished women have found genuinely useful.
Drawing on research, lived experience and the practical experiences of the women around the table, we'll explore practical approaches you can take back into work the very next day.
You'll leave with
A clearer understanding of what's changing - and why.
Practical workplace strategies you can use immediately.
Fresh perspectives from other accomplished women.
Greater confidence for the moments that matter.
Walk into work on Monday understanding what's changing, knowing what to try next, and feeling more confident in the moments that matter most.

Hosted by Ariane Fricke - Founder, Gutsy
Ariane Fricke has spent more than 25 years leading strategy, transformation and innovation across major organisations.
Like many professional women, she found herself navigating workplace moments nobody had prepared her for. Rather than accepting that "this is just part of perimenopause", she began researching the science, testing practical strategies and talking to other accomplished women about what actually works.
Those conversations became Gutsy - a growing playbook that combines research, lived experience and practical strategies to help professional women continue performing with confidence through (peri)menopause.
