Kellyville and Bella Vista Transport Oriented Development Rezoning Proposal community in-person sessions

Talk to a planner about the Kellyville and Bella Vista Transport Oriented Development (TOD) Rezoning Proposal.

You are invited to join the department to discuss the draft Kellyville and Bella Vista TOD rezoning proposal now on exhibition. We are hosting community in-person sessions at Valentine Sports Park (Futsalroo Room), 235-257 Meurants Lane, Glenwood on Tuesday 23 July 2024, 4pm - 7pm and Monday 29 July 2024, 3 - 7pm. 

Each event includes 45 minute sessions where you will have the opportunity to hear from and speak with the department's planning team about the rezoning proposal. 

Alternatively, you can join our online information session. 

Given their close proximity, we combined the master planning and TOD rezoning for the Kellyville and Bella Vista precincts, that includes Stanhope Gardens and Glenwood, to create more well-located homes close to transport, jobs and services.
