Many traditional central-asian cuisines utilise pulses to provide protein within a plant-based diet. Shaila will harness these traditional techniques in this session. You'll get to taste test as we work through variety, balancing nutrients, and obtaining protein from plant ingredients. This class offers a fresh, practical approach with no fancy equipment or hard-to-find ingredients.

Tickets include:

theoretical and practical instruction in plant-based cooking
access to ingredients, equipment and tastings
a nutrition-based guide book to take home
a plant-based shared lunch

At Kelmarna, we strive to make education accessible for everyone. So, where possible, we offer a 35% discount on our workshops to valid Community Services Card holders. If you book one of these tickets, please email us a copy of your valid Community Services Card, and remember to bring it along to theworkshop. Please note that this option does not include Super Gold Card holders.
