Hi Barbie!
This King’s Birthday Weekend, Barbara is slipping into boy drag, returning to the stage for an all-out campy, queer celebration of Kenergy! 🦖

While we’ve gleefully celebrated all things pink and plastic these past few years, this night will be a new experience under the BARBARA vibe 🦾🤖

From those early days of make pretend, having our Ken dolls kiss and hug one another while Barbie watched on smiling, we’ve always known Ken was ready for their big coming out moment 👬

So in the spirit of all those lonely rhinestone cowboys and action figurines, secretly longing for one another, and all of us baby queers who created fantasy worlds with these toys that weren’t made for us, the BARBA crew is excited to present KEN’S BDAY! 👑

This is a night for dancing kings and drag king performances, camp masc looks that scream Palm Springs pool boy 🏄🏽⛱️, cocked cowboy hats, leather chaps and sexy sailor tattoos 🏏🤠, or embrace your femme kenergy and fuck the binary up! 🍆 However you wish to express your inner Ken! 👀

BARBA DOES NOT TOLERATE SEXISM, RACISM, AGEISM, HOMOPHOBIA, TRANSPHOBIA, OR GENERAL HATEFULNESS.

WE CELEBRATE AND LIFT EACH OTHER UP, THIS IS A SEX-POSITIVE AND BODY-POSITIVE SPACE.

We recommend you arrive when doors open to guarantee smooth access to the venue.

NOTAFLOF! email us before May 25th 2024 to info@barbapresents.com if you are unable to pay. - QPOC to the front -
