Who is it for? This workshop is designed for those who have already mastered the basics and want to take their training to the next level. If you’ve completed Kettlebell 101, 201, and 301—or trained with a StrongFirst Certified Instructor—Kettlebell 401 will help you take it to the next level.

What you will learn:

Advanced Military Press Techniques : Maximize power and control with exercises like the Double Military Press and the See-Saw Press.

Bottom-Up Mastery : Challenge your grip, stability and coordination with the Bottom-Up Press, Clean and Squat.

Double Push Press & Double Snatch : Develop explosive power and accuracy with these fundamental ballistic movements.

Kettlebell Programming : Practical applications for progressive strength gains, thanks to the programs included in the manual such as the updated version of "Jurassic Rite of Passage" and the Double Snatch AXE.

The Kettlebell 501 workshop is the ultimate preparation for the gold standard of kettlebell training: the SFG II Certification. If you’ve built a solid foundation with the Kettlebell 401 workshop and StrongFirst’s core curriculum, it’s time to elevate your skills, strength, and coaching to elite levels.

Who is it for? This workshop is designed for dedicated practitioners who want to achieve the advanced proficiency required for the SFG II certification. It is for those who are not content to be good, but aspire to be exceptional in their kettlebell training and teaching.

What you will learn:

The Jerk and Double Jerk : Master the explosive power of this complete ballistic lift.

Windmill and Bent Press : Achieve unmatched loaded mobility and advanced pressing strength.

Advanced Programming : Develop and refine your clean-and-jerk skills with the 'A+A' training method and prepare for the SFG II with a progressive and structured plan.

Bottom-Up Series : Refine your grip, stability, and accuracy with these neurologically challenging exercises.
