A Cacao & Somatic Dance Experience.

Join Jasmine and Rachel to gather in The Dell at Riverdell Spiritual Centre for a grounding 3-hour immersion. This will be a time of opening the heart, moving your body, and releasing, and integrating forward in a grounded and centered way. During this workshop, participants are invited to embark on a three-hour exploration that blends the rich flavours of cacao with the fluid movements of somatic dance, offering an opportunity for connection, release, and integration.

Guided by Jasmine and Rachel, seasoned facilitators in the realms of movement and holistic wellness, participants will be guided through a series of grounding practices designed to awaken the senses and open the heart. Central to this experience is the ceremonial consumption of cacao, known for its heart-opening properties and ancient tradition of ceremonial use.

The somatic dance component of the immersion invites participants to explore movement as a form of embodied expression, tapping into the wisdom of the body and chakras to release stagnant energy and invite in greater flow. Participants will connect with their inner rhythms through specially composed music and spontaneous dance.

We will end with a mandala art therapy exercise, reflection, and integration.

The Cacao Somatic Dance Immersion offers a welcoming space for all to explore, play, and connect. Join us for this soul-nourishing experience and discover the transformative power of heart-centered movement and cacao.

We dance bare foot with eyes closed or an eye mask is provided. Our dance is spontaneous with no set rules. We let the rhythm of our soul be free. We create a Mandala Art piece, share our experience and close with meditation.
