There are 3 distances to choose from 5km, 10km or 21km.

Once you have completed your preferred distance we would be grateful to see some photos and your time to complete your distance. If you achieved your goal, we would love to know about it.

It is recommended that people who have not been physically active and/or are aged 60 years and over consult a medical professional prior to participation in any online directed fitness activities.
