Join Lakkana to learn how to make Khanom Chan - a hugely popular traditional Thai sweet. Khanom Chan is a silky, squishy steamed cake which is famous for its intricate layers and delicious coconut flavour.
Lakkana is a passionate home cook and private caterer who specialises in making delicious sweets. She is originally from the Northeast of Thailand and loves to share her culture through food and traditional dance.
Please advise dietary requirements at check out. Please note that some dietary requirements may not be able to be met due to the nature of this cuisine. Get in touch with us if you have any concerns or queries about dietary requirements.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please arrive on time - or better yet, a little early, as all sessions will start on time. There will be coffee and tea available while you wait, and you may even get to see the results of other workshops!
